It’s the New Year! We’re ringin’ it in by sprucing up our website, tightenin’ up our belts, and bucklin’ down to launch some very exciting projects in the very near future.
2011 was a great year for HitPoint! Our team expanded to include 35 talented full-time employees. We released large-scale projects like Guardians of Magic, Gun Bros, Blood and Ruby, and Wonkaween, and we launched dozens of successful small-scale brand games under tight schedules. Words in SPAAACE! went live on the App Store. We installed a dedicated Nerf wall in our offices and started regular weekly LAN parties after work. We were informed by a games researcher that we’re the biggest independently owned game studio in Massachusetts and brought a lot of great investors on-board. Fate: The Cursed King was named best Enthusiast game of the year on WildTangent, and Polar Bowler: Strike! was named one of the best social games on WildTangent.
We’re looking forward to making 2012 even better than 2011.
